Jason Dean - the cover

 Hi all.

So, everything is finally slotting into place . . . the final edits are finished, the first guest blog completed, and the cover is done. In a little over ten days One Day in the Life of Jason Dean will be available to download.

My first novella.

My second book.

Byker Books released the cover today, calling the novella 'Quirky, dirty, wretched, mental, and violent'.

Funny, I never meant it to be any of those things. But thems the chances you take when you don't have a plan. But I'm hoping beneath the blood and the lunacy, and the references to Shostakovich, Sylvia Plath, Wagner, Wilfred Owen, and a load of other characters, people will still be able to hold the beating heart of the book in their hands.

There are a few things in the pipeline regarding the novella, but here's the confirmed schedule at the moment:

Monday 19th November: Guest blog about the novella on Elizabeth A. White's brilliant blog, entitled: 'The Day I Met Jason Dean'

Tuesday 20th November: Elizabeth A. White reviews Jason Dean

Friday 23rd November: ONE DAY IN THE LIFE OF JASON DEAN released on Kindle

More information as and when I get it. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to trawl the internet for one of them countdown wotsits to stick on the blog.

Best wishes,

Ian
